1. Chấp nhận điều khoản

Khi cài đặt hoặc sử dụng Limno (Android và iOS), bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng ngừng sử dụng app.

2. Thông tin tham khảo và liều lượng

Limno là công cụ tra cứu và tính toán, không phải tư vấn thú y hay chuyên môn. Các công cụ tính chỉ làm phép tính trên số bạn nhập; luôn đối chiếu mọi liều với nhãn sản phẩm và làm theo nhà sản xuất. Dữ liệu loài, khoảng thông số và cảnh báo là hướng dẫn chung, có thể không đúng với hồ của bạn. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về những gì mình cho vào hồ. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Limno không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại đối với cá, cây hay tài sản phát sinh từ việc dùng app.

3. Quyền sở hữu nội dung

Cơ sở dữ liệu loài, gồm mô tả, ghi chú chăm sóc, ảnh minh hoạ và toàn bộ tập hợp dữ liệu, thuộc sở hữu của Truong Phuong Nam. Bảo lưu mọi quyền. Bạn được dùng trong app cho mục đích cá nhân. Không được:

• trích xuất hàng loạt (scraping, sao chép file cơ sở dữ liệu đi kèm app);
• đăng lại hay phát tán lại, toàn bộ hoặc một phần đáng kể;
• dùng trong sản phẩm hay dịch vụ khác khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản.

4. Dữ liệu của bạn

Hồ, số đo và nhật ký chăm sóc nằm trên máy bạn và thuộc về bạn. Limno không có tài khoản nên không thể khôi phục chúng. Những gì app tự thu thập được mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.

5. Quảng cáo

App miễn phí và hiển thị quảng cáo từ Google AdMob. Limno không bảo chứng cho sản phẩm được quảng cáo.

6. Thay đổi và liên hệ

Điều khoản có thể được cập nhật cùng phiên bản mới của app; ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang cho biết lần đổi gần nhất. Mọi câu hỏi: phuongnamtruong.it@gmail.com

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Limno (Android and iOS) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Reference information and dosing

Limno is a reference and calculation tool, not veterinary or professional advice. Calculators only do arithmetic on the numbers you enter; always check every dose against the product label and follow the manufacturer. Species data, target ranges and alerts are general guidance and may not fit your tank. You are responsible for what you add to your aquarium. To the extent permitted by law, Limno is not liable for loss of livestock, plants or property arising from use of the app.

3. Ownership of app content

The species database, including descriptions, care notes, illustrations and the compilation as a whole, belongs to Truong Phuong Nam. All rights reserved. You may use it inside the app for personal use. You may not:

• extract it in bulk (scraping, copying the database file bundled with the app);
• republish or redistribute it, in whole or in substantial part;
• use it in another product or service without written permission.

4. Your data

Tanks, measurements and care logs stay on your device and belong to you. Limno has no accounts and cannot recover them. What the app collects automatically is described in the Privacy policy.

5. Advertising

The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Limno does not endorse advertised products.

6. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated with new versions of the app; the effective date at the top shows the latest change. Questions: phuongnamtruong.it@gmail.com
